Support tickets and emails have a file size limit that can prevent you from sending files to Posit support.
In order to have a bigger file size limit, Posit has made available the following URL where files up to 250Mb can be uploaded to Support.
- Access https://posit-support.shinyapps.io/upload/
- Insert your ticket ID in the field "Ticket #"
- Select Option "Browse"
- Select your zipped file and click on Open.
PS: The upload will be complete as soon as the option "open" is selected.
After uploading the file, you can communicate with your support representative in the ticket, so the troubleshooting can continue.
