If you are an RStudio Workbench (previously RStudio Server Pro) customer, send us the following details and crash report, when available. Keep in mind, the best way for us to identify and prevent future crashes, is to reproduce the problem locally. Providing us with the following details (when applicable) will greatly help in this process:
