When your license expires, initially there is a banner in the product UI indicating that the license is expired and to contact sales to renew, but the product is still accessible. After a limited period of time, this product then shows a full page "License Expired" message and is inaccessible.
If you see a "License Expired" message instead of your product UI but your license should not be expired, please open a support ticket.
If your license is expired and you need to renew, please reach out to your Account Managers in Sales and Customer Success.
