Per the terms of use, shinyapps.io is an auto-renewing subscription service that is designed to be entirely self-service. Currently, we only offer the auto-renewing plans in Monthly and Yearly terms as shown here: https://www.shinyapps.io/#pricing. There is not a way to purchase multiple months/years at a time.
However, we do offer a premium-priced professional plan for shinyapps.io for US$5,500 per year, which allows us to cover the cost of processing other forms of payment and providing some sales support for quotation. If that is of interest, please contact our sales team.
