How do I deploy a Shiny app to a Shiny Server?

Currently deploying a shiny app to a server requires some knowledge of Shiny Server or Shiny Server Pro’s Hosting Model. You or your server administrator can find Shiny Server’s Hosting Model in section 2.7 of the Shiny Server Admin Guide.
