How do I cancel my subscription or account on rstudio.cloud?

You can cancel your subscription at any time following these steps:

1. Log in to RStudio Cloud.
2. Click on your name in the upper right hand corner.
3. Click on "Account" in the panel that opens to get to the Account Overview page.
4. Click "Cancel Plan" to bring up a confirmation dialog, and follow the prompts.

Note that cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, at which point your account will switch to the Cloud Free plan. 

To delete your entire account and its contents, please contact RStudio Support by choosing the Technical Support option in the left-hand sidebar of rstudio.cloud.
