Downgrading from Posit Workbench / RStudio Server or Shiny Server Pro to Open-Source

If you no longer want to use the Pro versions of Posit Workbench / RStudio Server or Shiny Server Pro and want to revert to the open-source version, you'll need to uninstall the Pro version and then install using the open-source binaries available here:

RStudio Server

Shiny Server

Note that if you have any Pro-specific features enabled in your configuration files, you'll need to remove those or comment them out before the open-source versions will run properly.
